We offer our customers professional support as part of an active maintenance contract.

If you obtain PDM Studio from a reseller, please contact their support directly.
Please use our ticket system for your support request (including file upload). In the password-protected Support Center you can
- simply capture your hotline inquiries,
- upload associated images and data,
- see the processing status of your request(s) and
- get an overview of your previous inquiries.
